Booking & Cancellation Handbook

Welcome to your next story. Booking an NPC Experience™ with Gophee is simple and secure. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know. How to browse, book, pay, and prepare for your cultural journey.

How to Book a NPC Experience™

Browse Start by exploring experiences in your destination. You can filter by: Location Date Price range Duration Type of experience (e.g. craft, food, spiritual, profession) Activities difficulties

Read the Details Click on any experience to view: Host introduction Cultural background What you'll do What's included XP missions Language and accessibility info

Choose a Date and Time Available dates will be shown on the calendar Each activity has limited capacity, which is stated clearly on the experience detail page.

Confirm Your Booking Click Book Now, log into your account, and complete the payment You'll receive an instant booking confirmation or a pending notice if host confirmation is required

Payment and Confirmation

You can pay using credit or debit card

Once payment confirmed, you'll receive a final email and the booking will show under My Bookings

Before Your Experience

You'll receive a reminder email 24 hours before the experience

Check the meeting point, what to bring, and arrival time listed in your booking

If you need to cancel or make changes, check our cancellation policy in the FAQ

After Your Experience

You can leave a review within 72 hours to earn XP

If your experience includes missions, your host will confirm which ones you completed

XP will be issued to your account within 72 hours

Where to View Your Booking

You can view, track, or manage your bookings anytime:

Log in to your Gophee account

Go to My Bookings

You'll see a list of all past and upcoming experiences

取消政策

体验开始前超过 10 天取消:将扣除 5% 的交易手续费,并退还剩余款项

体验开始前 10 天内取消不予退款

体验开始前 10 天内完成的预订不予退款

未出席者不予退款

体验开始后不接受任何取消、重新安排或退款申请。

如主理人取消体验,您有权获得全额退款

退款将在 7 至 10 个工作日内以原付款货币处理(如适用)

系统将根据政策显示适用的退款或重新安排选项

确认后,主理人将收到通知并开始处理

退款将在 7 至 14 个工作日内通过您的原付款方式发放

不可抗力与例外情况

在以下事件发生时,Gophee 可能提供灵活的退款或重新安排支持:

自然灾害(如台风、暴雨、地震)

政府实施的限制或紧急法规(如封锁、旅行禁令)

用户必须在体验开始前至少 24 小时联系 Gophee 支持并提供支持文件。
