Terms & Rules

XP is non-transferable, cannot be cashed out and can be used for discounts up to 50%. XP stays active as long as you keep earning; if no XP is earned within 12 months, your balance expires. XP values may change and follow Gophee’s membership rules. For multi-participant bookings, only the lead booker receives XP at this stage (we are improving this in future updates).

Membership Rules

1. Membership upgrade is based on completed bookings

Only completed booking with minimum spend count toward membership upgrades. Canceled or refunded bookings do not apply.

2. XP is not used to upgrade membership

Membership level is determined by the number of completed bookings, not by the amount of XP you earn.

3. Membership is account-based and non-transferable

Membership benefits cannot be transferred or shared across different accounts.

4. Gophee reserves the right to update membership rules

We may adjust membership benefits and requirements with notice as the platform evolves.

5. Membership level will reset after 12 months of XP inactivity

If no XP is earned within any 12-month period, your membership level will automatically reset to Green Gopher. Earning any amount of XP during the period keeps your level active.

6. Only bookings made directly on Gophee count

Bookings completed outside the Gophee platform or through third parties do not qualify for XP or membership upgrades.

7. One account per person

Creating multiple accounts to manipulate XP or membership status is not allowed. Gophee may suspend or adjust accounts in violation.
